The homes are made up of 22 luxury apartments which express the typical Tuscan style. The apartments have been beautifully reconstructed with fine classical earthen flooring and with wooden lofts or bricks. The homes have a total of 95 beds and the surface of each room varies from 60 -130 square meters. They are fully equipped with appliances which are certain to ensure that each guest is self-sufficient if they desire (kitchenware, television lcd 26” with decoder per smart card, internet wireless connection, mini-bar, grill, etc.) The washrooms are spacious and equipped with large showers, while in the living rooms, guest will have at their disposal a small corner kitchen where they will be free to prepare their own meals if they wish.

The services available at Villa Borri are those typical of a Grand Star Hotel with various options available: it is possible for guests to prepare their own meals in the apartments, it is possible to embark in the discovery of new restaurants taking advantage of the large assortment of the typical Tuscan delicacies, it is possible to order room service or to request a personal butler, cook, waiter - who if need be, will be free to take care of your pets or in helping out in the care small children. Terme Villa Borri is fitted with a mouth-watering Piccolo bar where guests may enjoy brunch or simply layback and sip a fresh drink. Daily reordering of the homes is guaranteed by our qualified staff who will reorder the homes in the morning hour and once again in the afternoon hour. In case of rain or cold temperatures, both umbrellas and old Tuscan cloaks (to wear over the bathrobes) can be found within the houses and may be used to cross the short meters that separate the homes from the thermal well-being centre.
